Sometimes life can feel heavy and overwhelming. Having a space to bring the messy, complicated parts of our story, and to know we’ll be seen and heard, can make all the difference.
As a family photography for over 15 years, I’ve witnessed the joy of engagements, weddings, new babies, graduations, and honoring family. I also know that sometimes, behind the smiles are hurts, lonliness, sadness and strained relationships that affect you and your family. There is grief, anxiety, depression or just not feeling like yourself. I know you love your family. Therapy helps you love them better.
I believe your relationship with yourself sets the stage for how you experience life and connect with others. Together, we can gently explore the different parts of who you are to better understand your patterns, improve your relationships, and support your overall wellbeing. My approach integrates creativity, reflection, and mindfulness practices to support growth that feels authentic to you.
I work with individuals ages 15 and up who are experiencing challenges such as depression and anxiety, and support those navigating life transitions, grief and loss, relationship concerns. I enjoy supporting families and parents around concerns with their teens, or strains in parent-child relationships. I also help engaged or newly committed couples build healthy, lasting foundations through my premarital counseling certification, using tools like Prepare/Enrich.
For those carrying wounds from religion, I also provide compassionate guidance to help you heal, find your voice, and, if you choose, connect with spirituality on your own terms.
I’m a graduate student at Saint Mary’s University. I also bring over seven years of experience as a certified ICF life coach and hold a certification in the Enneagram.
I use mediums such as journaling and drawing for both children and adults.
Whenever possible, I welcome Nature as part of the healing journey.
I accept insurance.
