PREPARE/ENRICH is a research-backed assessment that provides in-depth insights into your relationship’s strengths, potential growth areas, and key dynamics. What to Expect
Before we meet, you’ll each complete the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment separately. Then, we’ll go over your results in a relaxed, comfortable setting—maybe your favorite coffee shop, brewery or another cozy space where you feel at ease. I’ll help you unpack your strengths, explore any growth areas, and give you practical tools to make your relationship even stronger.
Whether you just need a few sessions (4) or want to dive deeper (8) this process is tailored to you—not some cookie-cutter checklist. No judgment, no lectures, just real conversations about what makes your relationship work.

This program isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s tailored to your unique relationship and values. Whether you’re approaching marriage from a Catholic, Christian, or non-religious perspective, we can incorporate what matters most to you into our sessions.
